Our policy lasts 20 days(ex custom order or item). If you are not satisfied with a product you bought, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it for refund within 20 days. You must first advise us by email: info@iTeacherStuff.com for return authorization. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
