Yes. We can ship your order almost anywhere in the world.

We can only accept return & refund for quality issues. Please send us a picture and detailed description of the issue and we will check it accordingly as soon as possible. Since our orders are completely custom, we cannot accept returns that are unrelated to quality issues.

You can check your order status by going to the 'Order History' section of 'Your Account'. you can track your shipment via the tracking number received when your Order were shipped. Please remember that our delivery estimates (listed beside your order and at checkout) are estimates, and subject to a little variation. Please be patient. If your order hasn't arrived 5 working days after the estimated arrival date, get in touch (sometimes the postal service can have a very busy week, and things can take longer than expected.).

Expedited shipping is available for an additional $30. please contact us if you need urgent, With expedited shipping, the total lead time reduces to approximately 2 weeks.

Yes, We show unlimited digital proofs once you complete checkout. if you need see a proof before we production, please leave a message at the cart page by "Additional Comments" box, the proof sent to you via email and wait for your approval. It is important to note that we do not begin production until you have approved a final virtual proof.

Orders delayed by third party shipping providers (USPS, DHL, AU post, CA post, Aramex, Fastway, Hermes etc) are not eligible for return or refund

Orders are returned to us if the carriers delivery attempts fail for any reason. The most common reason for a failed delivery attempt is because the destination business or location is closed or the customer is not available to sign for the package. In most cases, the carriers will attempt delivery multiple times on successive days or will hold the package at the local delivery point for customer pick up, but after a certain number of days the package will be returned to us. If this occurs, we will notify you and ship it back out ASAP.

Yes. Once the order ships, we will send tracking number and tracking website to your order included email address.

Shipping costs are calculated for you based on the weight of your item, different countries, and shipping methods, most of countries base cost from $6.99, free shipping for order overs $39.

Firstly apologies for the error, we do check all product prior to sending, but sometimes errors occur,please contact us and advise of the error(usually you can take a photo ), after we checked a replacement will be made for you or refund.

Once the order has been placed you can no longer make any changes online. Should you need changes to be made, please contact us ASAP(within 8 hours) and provide your order number.

Pre-inked stamps (also called flash stamps) are a type of rubber stamp where the ink is absorbed into the stamp pad. This means that these stamps are clean and neat, and don't require messy stamp pads.

We require artworks to be in CMYK color space and have a minimum resolution of 300dpi. A 0.125" bleed from each side of artwork is required for most products. We will convert files submitted in RGB color space to CMYK before printing and minor color shifts may occur.

Currently, we only accept the PayPal and Credit Card. We use Paypal as our payment. it is safe and easy. If you don't have a Paypal account, you can still use Paypal to pay with a debit or credit card. Please contact us at info@stampso.com if you want to use any other payment method.

All prices listed on our website are Do not include of Value Added Tax (VAT).
